I pulled into the Love’s gas station just outside the Wichita Mountains just before Jessica + Micah’s engagement session and heard the deep rumble of an old classic car. Previously, Jessica mentioned she hoped to bring Micah’s grandfather’s car. However, I was not expecting to see a stunning, pastel pink, vintage Ford! Wow! I knew we were in for a fun night!

Micah and Jessica have know each other for years! Their families had been connected through many church gatherings. Jessica eventually became quite taken with Micah. However, it wasn’t until they ended up at the same college in Missouri that Micah really began to notice sweet Jessica.

Fast forward several weeks and these two became best friends! Their sweet friendship quickly developed into something deeper. Much to the joy of their family and friends!

These two are literally a joy to be around! Jessica + Micah exemplify an old school, classic, timeless sort of love! As we drove from place to place at the Wichita Mountains….Micah was constantly opening Jessica’s car door. Carrying things for her. And making sure she stayed warm. He makes being a gentleman look effortless.

Jessica carries herself with grace and warmth! From sweet, gentle touches to encouraging words she is constantly affirming Micah! Truly, their love for one another is quite evident!

Jessica and Micah, thank you sooo much for allowing me to be a part of this incredibly special season in your lives! I loved exploring forests, running through wild plains, and hiking over boulders with you both! Y’all will always have a special place in my heart! Cheering you on!
